Former Pennsylvania Education Secretary, Heritage good old boy, and ED Undersecretary (and, apparently, revolutionary) Eugene Hickock is now revolving into the lobbying world. Unsurprisingly, he will be working on behalf of for-profit education. Bets on how long it takes before he revolves back into public service?
